There are ten egg cups in every Airbus A320. Each wing contains five of the egg cups. They are made from wing flap drive shaft bearings which are located inside the wing along the leading edge.
The egg cups sit on four legs made from stainless socket bolts positioned in the original fixing holes.
The egg cup is finished in a bright, high-gloss powder-coated yellow.
